Scoring radiographic abnormalities in rheumatoid arthritis

Radiol Clin North Am. 1996 Mar;34(2):233-41, x.

Abstract

Serial radiologic examinations can demonstrate the initial development and stability or progression of erosions and cartilage damage during the course of rheumatoid arthritis. Measurements of the radiographic progression rate is potentially the most powerful tool available to the individual practitioner and the clinical investigator. This article examines various methods for scoring radiographic abnormalities in rheumatoid arthritis.
