VAS visual analogue scale. **Highly significant difference p<0.001. Analysis was done by Kruskal Wallis tests. Post-Hoc tests were done also and revealed highly significant difference between baseline & 2 weeks (P=0.000), between baseline & 6 months (P=0.000), and between 2 weeks & 6 months (P=0.000) regarding VAS and sonographic findings.
