Values are means (±2 SD) of the individual differences between scores made by two scorers and between the two scores made by one scorer on different days, corresponding to means and the ‘limits of agreement’ in the Bland–Altman analysis. The absolute difference (%±SD) is used to avoid positive and negative differences cancelling each other. The interobserver and intraobserver mean differences were not significantly different.
