vB score=van Bijsterveld Score. AECG scoring system for keratoconjunctivitis sicca; applies only for AECG criteria. It is positive ≥4.24
OSS=Ocular Staining Score (lissamine green+fluorescein) for evaluation of keratoconjunctivitis sicca according to the ACR criteria. It is positive ≥3.23
Ro/La=A positive consists of the presence of anti-Ro or anti-La in the serum.
ANA+RF=Antinuclear antibodies ≥1:320 AND above normal range for laboratory.
Schirmer's=Schirmer's I test of tear production with <5 mm in 5 min considered abnormal (+). Does not apply for ACR criteria.
WUSF=Whole unstimulated salivary flow with <1.5 mL in 15 min considered abnormal (+). Does not apply for ACR criteria.
