Proposed ILAR criteria for systemic onset juvenile arthritis (in the absence of specific exclusion criteria)

Definite
 1 Documented quotodian fever for at least two weeks
2 Evanescent, non-fixed, erythematous rash
3 Arthritis
Probable
 In the absence of arthritis, the presence of criteria 1 and 2  above, together with any two of the following:
1 Generalised lymph node enlargement
2 Hepatomegaly or splenomegaly
3 Serositis
