There were no differences in ADCC between these 2 groups or within the RA group with regard to disease activity, duration, seropositivity, or drug treatment. Sixty observations of phytohaemagglutinin induced cytotoxicity were made on 22 patients with RA and 10 healthy controls. Again there were no differences in cytotoxicity between the 2 groups.
