Inflammatory spinal pain or synovitis (asymmetric, predominant in lower limbs) |
Plus one or more of the following: |

Positive family history (first degree or second degree relative with either: (a) AS; (b) PsA; (c) acute uveitis; (d) ReA; (e) IBD)

IBD (CD, UC)

Non-gonococcal urethritis or cervicitis, or acute diarrhoea within one month before onset of arthritis

Buttock pain alternating between right and left gluteal areas

Enthesopathy (e.g., heel pain)

Sacroiliitis (bilateral grade II–IV or unilateral grade III–IV on radiography*)
