  • Occurring events have been recorded at each six month assessment. Incidence densities have been computed for each six month period of follow up, and compared with a Mantel-Haenzsel test. A Mantel-Haenzsel weighted relative risk (RR) has been computed across the six month strata, with a Greenland-Robins test with 95% confidence intervals.
