  1. Es gibt für die AS keinen Hinweis auf eine Krankheitsmodifikation bei den bei rheumatoider Arthritis auch strukturell wirksamen Substanzen.

  2. Die Empfehlungen zu Punkt 9 werden voraussichtlich übernommen von dem nächsten Update zu den ASAS-Empfehlungen zur Therapie der (axialen) SpA mit Biologika, die im Juni 2009 während des EULAR-Kongresses in Kopenhagen verabschiedet werden sollen.
