Abstract

Mentoring is a process which involves both a mentor and a mentee, and facilitators to the process, as well as potential barriers, can come from both of the members of the team. Why do some mentoring processes work, and not others?

This talk will review how one “grows” into the mentoring process, and what are the most important aspects of mentoring, from a mentor’s point of view.
