Abstract

A systematic literature review on biological DMARDs for RA was previously undertaken to inform the 2010 EULAR RA management recommendations.

This review aims to provide an update on the efficacy of the currently available biological DMARDs from randomised controlled trials (RCTs) and to look at newer biological DMARDs in phase 3 RCTs.
